Tiger Rally Falls Short
Your Fighting Tiger football team lost a hard fought battle last night, losing 26-14 to the Mandeville Patriots (5-0).
The Tigers (3-3, 2-3) went down 20 to nothing in the first half, but came roaring back in the second half.
Maison Martin scored the first Tiger touchdown on an 8-yard scamper.
Vernel Turner added the two-point conversion.
Tre’ Dolan scored the second TD on a 1-yard run.
Maison Martin led the Tiger defense with 7 tackles. Chaz Mince had 6 tackles. Chaz Mince also caused a fumble that was recovered by Maison Martin.
The Tigers will host the Fontainebleau Hurricanes Monday. The game will be played at Slidell High School. Kickoff at 6:30
