Tigers Finish Off Fontainebleau
Your Fighting Tiger football team shut-out the Fontainebleau Hurricanes last night, 24-0.
Vernel Turner ran in the first touchdown on a 50 yard scamper. Ryan Rucker hit Joe Hart for the two-point conversion.
Ryan Rucker hit Jordan Bello on a 7-yard yard pass for the second touchdown. Vernel Turner ran in the two-point conversion.
Vernel Turner finished off the scoring returning a Fontainebleau punt 54-yards to the house. Maison Martin added the two-point conversion.
Chaz Mince led the defense with 12 tackles and a fumble recovery. Maison Martin and Tre’ Dolan each added 10 tackles. Bryan Wiley had 9 tackles and an interception. Simon Blanche also had an interception.
The Tigers finished 4-3 for season and finished as the Division I runner-up.
