Football Practice Begins August 1st

The Fighting Tigers will begin practice on Monday, August 1st.  Check-In will be at the locker room at 5:00 PM.



All players must have a Tiger Head Form and a current physical in order to participate.  You may download both of these forms at http://sjhtigers.olinesports.com/links.php.

All players will wear a plain white t-shirt.  Players may wear shorts and cleats for the first week.  

A player may wear his own helmet if he desires.



All players who tried out last year will have the same tryout number.  These players may wear the same tryout shirt as last year.



There will be no practice on Thursday, August 4th in order to allow the 7th graders to attend Tiger Walk.

There will be practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 PM.  The first cut will be on Friday.
