Football Practice Begins on July 30

The Fighting Tigers will begin practice on Monday, July 30.  Check-In will be at the locker room at 5:00 PM.



All players must have a Tiger Head Form and a current physical in order to participate.  You may download both of these forms at http://sjhtigers.olinesports.com/links.php.

All players will wear a plain white t-shirt.  Players may wear shorts and cleats for the first week.  

A player may wear his own helmet if he desires.



All players who tried out last year will have the same tryout number.  These players may wear the same tryout shirt as last year.



There will be no practice on Monday, Aug. 6 in order to allow the 7th graders to attend Tiger Walk.

There will be practice on Tuesday Aug. 7 and Wednesday, Aug. 8 at 5:00 PM. We will practice after school on Thursday, Aug. 9.  

The first cut will be on Friday, Aug. 3.

Players who are playing in other legues (SYFA, STYFO, etc.)  are not allowed to play Jr. High Football.   This is a new St. Tammany Parish rule.
